Did I mention to you all that Valentine's day is like my very favorite day? Well, it is and I have several reasons why. Would you like to hear my reasons? I thought you might...1. It's all about the love. Hearts, smooches, poems, flowers, oh my goodness...I just can't get enough.
2.There is no expectation of gifts. You don't have to buy everyone a gift on Valentine's day... all that you really have to do is love.

See that white cup on the right? That is my measuring cup for my sugar cookies...It isn't a real cup but when I am measuring out the sugar and flour I use this and they always turn out perfectly. I keep very good care of this cup as it is quite old and if it broke I don't think I would be able to make these cookies any longer.I also should comment on my cookie cutters, I have an entire drawer filled with cookie cutters but for some reason I use these hearts more than any. Sometime I will show you all my collection, some are quite old and some of them are metal ...I love them all.
